Kangmoo only said he won't come home as much because of work and that means less sex.

That’s fine. So basically Kang Moo was trying to “apologise” to Kirin saying that he didn’t want to make up with Kirin only bc of the sex they were having, that he’s special to him. That’s why Kirin said basically “so..this is your way of telling me to forgive u and make up” (he didn’t say this in the translation but that’s the general meaning).
Summary of chapter 77: Kirin is the sweetest boyfriend ever. And KangMoo, well... he is sorry, but not really sorry lol does it make sense?!
