I am sorry but the way he was looking at her last chapter is not brotherly at all tbh
He just likes her .He is just attracted towards her because of her behaviour and various actions.It's a very innocent feeling but by giving it a name of pedophilia, it is really very downgrading.He is maintaining proper boundaries while interacting with her and not harassing her in anyway.There is no indication of any kind of sexual urges he is feeling towards her throughout the manga though you can clearly see that in Duke Castillo's case. It's not because he is pretty that I am saying but just because I feel that way.
Liking her is not a crime i admit that.. And at first i defended him just like you but it's just something about him in the latest chapters threw me off like crazy.. Like I don't think you should look at your friend's little sister Like that.. It's not the look of someone who is impressed by her for example like her pianist friend.. I believe the upcoming chapters will show if he likes her innocently or not.. And I would not compare him with the prince if i were you because first the prince is very close in age to her and second saying the he is having sexual urges towards her in that age is kinda inappropriate.. I agree with you. I feel that way and never got disturbed by Hal’s behavior towards her. They grew together and he is fond if her, he likes her behavior and her mind. I think he can see her as an equal while talking but that doesn’t mean he sees her sexually and he never gave any impression of wanting her in “that” way. So, in my opinion, calling him a pedo is improper.
