Imma do piece by piece. The mc is emotionless because that's what he was taught when he grew up not to show emotions and show his weakness. When he grew up he went to check out a school because it was nearest to him he came upon some people doing acting outside and he meets the other main lead(black hair boy) which he believes he fell in love at first sight. Since then he was looking for black hair boy and came to learn they are in a club who does film production. He meets a person he remembers was there during their acting(who later becomes his friend) and he shows him the club he was looking for. -then meets the other ml- (shit this is alot, if this is the type of explanation you want if it is I will continue)

Imma just call the them ml and black haired boy cuz I forgot their names. Upon meeting the black hair boy the ml asks to join his club but was rejected. So the ml decides to just leave today and since then everyday he would come to ask to join the club because of that the ml friend he made (who is in the club) felt sorry for him and ask the black hair boy to give him a chance. So he gave him a chance the next time he came. As a test he asks him to recite a play with two friends. While the right of the ml, the black haired boy felt a strange feeling when he heard him reading(not love btw). It seemed it was natural for him to be acting in front of others like it was an everyday thing which the black haired boy didn't like. I thought in chapter 2, black hair already explained it to the manager. Ml is always acting irl so he has no hesitation to put in any scene, but because ml is only referring act to how people around him act irl, he doesn't have emotions to pour into the acting. So that's why black hair thought ml is suitable to act but has no emotions.

Imma continue cuz I'm bored. In the next chapter the other club members appear and are introduced but all this time the ml didn't know the black haired boy name. When one of the club members says his name the ml replies and says it's a beautiful name. Later we see the ml studying books about acting in his break and the ml friend came to talk to him saying that he actually didn't join the club cuz of some flashy reason he only joined because he was bored and was actually surprised by the ml determination. Then we learnt that the ml only joined because he was wondering what they were doing the first time he saw them and he felt like a connection. -later (after school btw) ml goes to study with black haired boy and went looking around and he came across the script which they were acting from when he first met them. He then re-inact it and kisses the black haired boy saying he was only doing immersion in the play (which was never even part of the script so idk how you consider that immersion lmao) so the black haired boy didn't get angry and just went with his "immersion" lmao
