idk i feel like the whole plot would have just been a little better if she just revealed herself as a fellow Korean. There was no point in hiding it.
I just feel like Leanna was such a great character with so much possibilities, but Mia already aligned with the financier and is helping the kingdom. While Leanne on the first few chapters was playing Cupid and hoping for the plot to be the same as the novel, then was freaking out about the novel not going according to what she read, then freaking out because the novel will not have the same end, and finally crying and freaking out because the emperor did not tell her info about the attack. She just is there to be pretty I guess and because they need a empress and emperor romance.
So in the beginning I was really interested in Leanna and how she would not go to prison, but throughout the chapters I just find her annoying. Like I am only reading because of the financier and hoping that the governor is the head of those terrorist. Cause he seems shadier and shadier with each chapter that I read. At this point I am just skipping the parts with Leanna. I mean the first 15 chapters is her talking about novel and Mia non stop. It annoys me when a character knows that things are different from the novel but keep pushing for the same end. Also, she keeps asking the very busy emperor to explain everything to her which should not be her concern. He was protecting her by not telling her anything because she literally refuse to eat and get out of her room so of course he would not talk to her about the accident. She is finally smarting up after 71 chapters cause honestly even Mia which I thought I would hate is smarter and more useful than the empress. I love the plot, but I feel like the plot is so good and that Mia and the financier are doing such great jobs that they are kinda of taking the holes of protagonists. They are very well developed. I thought that they would be just extra characters, but they stole this manga.
