Where in the world did those parents get that mirror? Is it something already existing everywhere because that is how it sounds like at the end. Why did the ml forgot these memories (i’m not sure if it was revealed but i forgot)?

Well the ml forgot his memories due to the trauma he endured as a kid (growing up as an orphan and people constantly talking poorly about him). As for the mirrors I think it the alternate mirror world exist everywhere but the parents had the mirrors in that room as a punishment to scare the seme when he was a kid
