Maybe because Kyuta thinks that the who's calling him was Etsuro that's why he said that "i'm coming to see you soon"..remember that a while ago he wants Etsuro to chase after him but only otome was there..he thinks that he heard etsuro came after him or the phone call was from him so he said that...
Saying things like "I'm coming to see you soon," he makes it sound like the other guy is dead or dying too. Just because you are dying doesn't mean he's dying too! Or does he mean that he is going to him as a ghost intending to haunt him for life? Tell me!!! Make sense!!!
