Why does the seme always have all the talent, good looks, charm, and money while the uke is always less talented and ends up being like a housewife? In fact why is there "seme" and "uke" in the first place; that's not realistic at all. Is that really how women see gay couples?

Ugh, yes! (I never saw the notification for the new comment (╯°Д °)╯╧╧)
But so much of my standards have changed now because I'm just like, "that's not cute... or romantic..." Now my hardcore list also applies to hardcore feelings (and not happy ones)!

It is unrealitic because gay couples don't work that way. Yaoi is not about male homosexuality; yaoi is about heterosexuality forced on two males who will be fetishised by female readers. @Anonymous

Couldn't agree more! that is why it is my biggest guilty pleasure

It isnt a accurate description of a heterosexual couple as well. It is a manga and it is like you said, unrealistic. Thats what it is.

For gay people as well as for heterosexuals. The manga is not about gays forced into the role of heterosexuals, it is 2 gay men who arent even real, who are forced into doing things which are unrealistic, and not heterosexual. But cool that you enjoy reading the manga.
