bc he was just manipulating seowoo(´･_･`) in the other chapter he was using the excuse of "you cant do it yourself so I WILL change him" and then saying "what do you you want YOU ASKED ME to help" he did that with all the wrong intentions he KNEW he was falling for Ohn so thats why he did that knowing his brother would be uncomfortable with him doing that like uhhh at this point Jaewoo is only helping himself not his brother anymore
