While this was one big rape organization of a story. Hikaru said he didn't show omega symptoms till he was 18. 18. So the attempted rape happened when he was 18 and Ren was 24. The 11yr old bit was just to show they're history. So no pedo shota loving alphas here. Ren is our consensual respecting alpha, best character in this manga in my opinion.
