I think Jooin will understand why Cain kiss him, well Jooin will be flustered if Cain say "Yes I did kiss you because you won't drink your medicine" but it was for Jooin good

Ahem sorry no offense but Jooin is pretty much the "dumb" type. I don't know man but I just think that he will say Cain kissed him and will get angry.
