to use it as a proof that he didn't force him ig?? you can clearly see that the drunk uke was pulling his pants. i'm not defending the seme it's just that in circumstances where the uke gets really pushy but forgets it the next day (then somehow blame the seme for it) recording can be the only way to use as proof.
