It would have been good if Shizu slowed down a bit, but for me it feels pretty consent + Hiiragi looks so pleased at the last page!
I’m pretty sure Kizu sensei will give us more chapters about their relationship. Maybe sth. about Shizus past? Or at least a chapter about Shizu who reflects on his actions. I don't think Hiiragi will regret anything, but maybe Shizu will? (Also I think he's pretty wild one in bed.)
So there are two chapters left until the release of volume 7 - maybe Kizu sensei will wrap up their story within this volume...
I mean I just don’t understand why people think he r*ped him? Hiiragi was losing his midn over him smiling for the first time in 10 or so years and could not process this fact. It’s clearly in the context of the chapter. He looks scared because of his smile. It’s funny cause reading comments on Twitter from people in japan they don’t get this mixed up. He never says no or stop but i see ppl in the comments saying he did? He was shocked that he came in smiling and the situation ended reversed.
Yes hiiragi never told him to stop but, he still was afraid and very very uncomfortable, I think he didn’t want thing to happened like this,

Idk I don’t see him as scared of shizu or uncomfortable. He can’t process that out of everything they’ve been through since they were like 5 years old he finally smiled in this moment. He knew and wanted him it was the smile that confused him.

Of him smiling. The context is important. He wasn’t scared because of the sex and that is clearly in the context. He had accepted that shozu was going to be rough but he didn’t expect to see his teeth in a smile after 10 years.

Ok but how is that a bad thing? He hasn’t seen him smile in forever that doesn’t mean it’s not consensual. The point is he isn’t scared of having sex with him ergo it isn’t rape. Him being unsettled by his smile doesn’t he wanted him to stop the sex. On Twitter there were people from japan that understood that in the context because the wait and im scared weren’t meant to be seen as him actually wanting him to stop. So what’s the issue then?

Ok, listen up. Consent can be given but it can also be taken back. Hiiragi did give his consent but he later got scared. Shizu is now the one in control of the situation so he should've stopped. I'm all for Shizu and Hiiragi but I think they need to properly talk it out first.
I just don't think it's right that Shizu gets a pass from readers while Akihiko was deemed a r*pist. Sure, Akihiko initally forced himself on Haruki, but Haruki did give consent when he said he'll "accept anything" Akihiko gives him. Akihiko was in control of the situation and he stopped, he didn't go through with it. This gives nuance to the end of their arc when Akihiko confessed to Haruki, and Akihiko nervously asked Haruki for permission to touch him.
For Shizu and Hiiragi, I need more chapters to understand the complexities of their relationship.
