So from the raws, the manager hasn't reciprocated his feelings yet, right? Well... I'm just genuinely feeling sorry for Hel. As we can see, he's naive to a fault. He is easily influenced, and because he acts according to his emotions, i am afraid that he will get hurt in the process :(( I know that "this" is a thing, but I wonder if he's still enjoying it when he was beaten black and blue, (note that Hel dislikes pain.)
