He doesn’t particularly care about his two older children because they were born from a woman he didn’t love but after she got sick, he took in another wife I think whom he really loved and she gave birth to the mc but died while doing so so I think he hates the mc more because the person he loved died giving birth to her :0. So comparing the three children tgth, he treats the other two better just because he doesn’t resent them in any way nor does he care tbh. But he does harbour I’ll feelings towards the youngest lol
