it's actually really weird how half the characters (mostly antagonists) introduced here are supposedly foreigners and yet they all can communicate with each other as if they were speaking only one language when the story firmly draws the line that jiwoo and his friends are koreans and people like kayden are not
EXACTLY!!!! Even Kayden is a foreigner. Like how tf are they communicating? Or is everyone speaking in English in this alternate reality?
Hmm If im the author.... I wouldn't even bother about that... having tanslator or misunderstanding due to language barrier is a waste of panel people are already asking for more cos of cliffhanger and u want to add those tropes?. Imagine jiwoo and kayden first meeting with language barrier and all, meh. i would have drop this by then cos too much realistic shit when its fantasy genre anyway.

isn't this place set in Korea.... wouldn't there be a language barrier between people of different countries?...... I think adding that would have made things funny...
