I think basically he just accepted that they are meant to be together

i'll explain the whole plot but if you dont want to understand it feel free to not read this whole comment
also if you havent finished it spoiler alert...
so its about two kids tae joon and jung yeon woo.
tae joon is an orphan kid whilst
jung yeon is a kid who has strict parents
now joon became friends with jung, but jungs parents didn't like that so everytime jung misbahaves they would put him in a black room with a bunch of mirrors and a tv and they would make him watch horror movies in the tv until they decide its good enough.
that is the reason kid jun is such a wimp whilst
joon is really brave as a kid
and then one time this incident happened when jungs parents put both joon and jung into the black room. but only this time jung wasn't scared cuz joon is with him.
jungs parents didn't like the fact that jung wasn't scared and tried to get joon out of the black room. joon got annoyed at the fact that jungs parents were trying to ruin their fun and wished that jung and him was just alone...then the incident accured...jungs parents died all because of jung and joon wishing they were alone.
hands just ripped jungs parents limbs and body parts...now that jungs parents were dead jungs aunt and ucle had to take care of him. joon and jung were being seperated.
in jungs side his aunt and ucle died from a car crash and he survived being the young him he thought that he could just run back to korea...
in joons side everybody was talking about him and how he was in the incident parents were saying they didn't want there kids being close to joon and most of joons friend hating him joon having a phobia that makes him hate the felling of lonelines tried to forget it all and lucky him he succided though the reflection on the mirrors never stoped he though to himself he conviced himself that they were just illusions...
fast forward in time joon was training to be a police officer
while jung was a popular faceless writer. the reason jung became a writer is for joon he wanted joon to find him ruh roh joon doesn't remmember him
while joon was looking for an apartment while on a drinking party? (is dat wat u call does) after the drinking party was done joon was walking around and happen to be walking infront of jungs childhood home the jung saw him and happy jung thought that the reason he was there was because of jung(spoiler alert: it was not)
jung finding out joon was not there for him got upset and was going inside of house
joon wanting to remmember his past(how ironic)made up an exuse and then they were roomates(▰˘◡˘▰) anyways yada yada joon remmembers a little bit. then jung puts a ciggarets in joons classmate yada yada joon became a baddie (mwah grrrr) (if you dont know what mwah grrrr means search on youtube or tiktok how to be a baddie its just a kid being a kid) anyways yahh omg joon the honor student bacame a baddie (oh yeah i forgot to tell you joon is an honor student) anyways joon and jung doing "it" everyday then both of them got into a fight cuz of joon profeser who is thingking jung is the culprite. anyways jung and joon got into a fight joon asked if jung was the culprit jung says yes joon pikachu face then joon confesses and jung doesn't care joon gets upset thing jung doesn't like him back then moves away.
jung also upset cuz he doesn't like joon he loves him （￣へ￣）jung is so upset now that he gets drunk and smashes the bottle
anyways the profeser is a bad guy using joon as a tool yada yada
jung wants to see joon again and suprise its joons bday so
jung comes up with a plan to kill everyone joon hates uncluding the profeser and joons friends (friends meaning fake friends) all while having sex with joon in the black room, also yay joon finally opens the black room, so yeah jung succeded and while having sex with joon kills all of the people he invited and spoiler alert joon got his memory back and doesn't care that a lot of people died and is most concered of the fact that he is naked
then jung and joon moves to a new house they also didn't clean the house so yeah... thats basicly it if youre asking what does mirror shadows are in park of the black room the hands are also part of the black room if you have anymore questions...uhhhh feel free to ask them (=・ω・=)
in a literal sense of their creation, the hands are something the boys 'created' or brought out out of fear semes parents. Since they were so young and vulnerable these 'demons' had manipulated them by killing the parents and forcing the mindset that they should stay only together, the world is too cruel and the demons will allow them to live fully, therefore those who are good deserve to have their lives taken away ect.
The hands throughout the story really just symbolises the boys dark desires, when they were young it was their desire to be together, to be alone and to 'love' one another (i say 'love' since i don't think they ever had enough experience to truly understand that feeling, therefore this is why i think their relationship has always been pretty volatile and manipulative). When they grew older the semes desire to possess the uke, to allow him to 'understand and accept' himself and each other as they had promised when they were younger was what the new dark desires where (the majority of the plot), therefore the hands helped him through acts of control like sex, comfort, violence.
the hands were literally a guiding hand (all puns intended lol) to bringing out human malice. It seems like that's the what hands entire purpose of being is, if separating from the boys desire. I mean you only see the hands in scenes of control, which can be seen as malicious acts from the seme since it is viewed by normal people as toxic/abusive/controlling.
The only time uke seems to be in control of the hands was in the end when he finally fully gave into his desires, allowing malice and pleasure to take over. His wish for everyone to leave and tp be alone obviously being done by the hands. One of the boys (probs seme) forced the master *through hands* to watch them have sex as a way of showing dominance and power, showing him that seme had won. Or in their minds 'love'
also end chapter we see the hands/demons 'true form' aka the boys conjoined body and ukes face

also the hands WERE a physical entity so hands killed the guests, they are all very much dead. (⊙…⊙ ). i say were cause last chapter shows the conjoining of the demonic being with the boys
