Well um I might be wrong at some part since I read a Spanish scan and translate some of the dialogue. But then after knowing about the pregnancy he got mad and ask who's the father but luois didn't tell him(coz he doesn't know who it was as well), he also didn't let Louis to take a vacation coz he doesn't want to let him go, the horrible part is they wehn maetel said something like" its a relief to know that baby is not mine" coz he thought Louis is gonna abort it. It really hurt luois and then in his dream the baby was crying and ( disappear?)..
Also luois was crying while they were doing it coz he had enough with his majesty's games he's so tired of being the white rabbit and playing with his feelings he had enough, then maetel look freakin sad he looks like his about to cry when he ask Louis is he's gonna leave him for real. ( Yoww is it really okay for me to say it all? Like I mean ITS A SPOILER others might get mad coz I'm spoiling it:'>) also I might be wrong at some part I'm not so sure... ┗( T﹏T )┛
