a realistic explanation as to why and how our mc got pregnant is bc he could have persistent müllerian duct syndrome which is a disorder that only affects Males and causes them to have normal male reproductive organs , though they also have a uterus and fallopian tubes, which are female reproductive organs. pregnancies due to this syndrome aren’t always viable, but aren’t impossible.
this also adds to the theory that men (males XY) as we know it will cease to exist and only humans XX chromosomes will reproduce. Humans with XX chromosomes produce sperm cells in their bone marrow, so it’s possible that we can become asexual beings.
