Yes she deserved every bit of it. She openly claimed to have plotted against the duchess (wife of the duke) she and her family is supposed to swear loyalty to. On top of that she not only showed remorse but slandered her in front of all the duke's subjects. I am glad Felix isn't the one who goes soft on women even if they committed treason
Let's not forget she also revealed the secret passages and the layout of the Evron duchy to outsiders just for her petty feelings

I didnt expect him to actually kill her... I mean... I dont know if she deserves death but she definitely deserved punishment. And to make her own sister do it... guy is not fucking around anymore lol
