unable to read the seme's mind when he could easily do that before? why was the love power never explained? why did the uke not assume the seme was bewitched bc of the ukes abilities?

1. He explain that the powers come and go.
2. It was "Cause I wanted you to have feelings for me" that's why all happened
3. Cause he wasn't forcefully (example the teacher) he was chill when he looked at him
