Yeah. So like noelle, the dude is a real wing and was destined to follow the MC. The current wings who follow the saintess are a bunch of fakes, only a few of them are real and later on, new wings will be revealed and they'll swear loyalty to the MC. Also, the white hair guy will be moved (aka, slowly being turned to their side lmao) by the MC pretty soon after the marriage, during their journey back to the kingdom.

Mother being a saintess was only supposed to be temporary, she became a temporary saintess because her daughter was supposed to be the saintess. So when the daughter is born, her role as a saintess was supposed to stop but she ended up getting tempted by a being and made a deal with them to become the "real" saintess. Basically throwing away the goddess and get power from this being. That's where she gets all these power to do curses and shit, all that dark ominous magic circle she uses is from that being.
