My theory is that it's not that he has bad intentions or anything he probably only ever had relationships where his partners only used him and wanted to receive receive receive rather than give. So maybe he is oblivious to the ukes feelings, cause he isnt familiar with it? Only my opinion though. And it also doesn't mean that the uke won't get hurt, even if that never was the semes intention, but yeah.
