You're half right from what I remember. She does die and goes back to her og world as per the contract but Isaac doesn't accept that, makes a deal with the same devil, sacrifices like 1000 death-row souls to bring her back.
I know that sounds wrong but I feel like this should end with her dying like it was said it would. I just want Isaac to know why she’s dying and give me the angst I want for ending.
