No Kim doesn't have feelings for Jaehan, not romantic one atleast. He has been with Jaehan since childhood and genuinely cares for him. Kim knows how Jaehan lost his parents and was raised to be above others. It's like he understands how lonely Jaehan is in reality and I feel he kind of sympathizes. Putting up with Jaehan is his own way to show affection.
I'm currently at Chapter 20 and I'm geniunely curious as to why Mr. Kim puts up with Jaehan? Jaehan is really toxic as a boss: he hurts Mr. Kim and he treats him like shit, so why not leave his job? I don't think Jaehan really likes him either, so if he leaves maybe Jaehan will just let him go? Sometimes, I assume Mr. Kim probably has feelings for Jaehan but sometimes I don't think that's the case.（￣へ￣）
