Vampire yaoi

I'm trying to find this yaoi manga where the uke is a vampire, who doesn't remember his past, blames it on being old, he returns to a town and is hunting for a meal, he's captured by the priest, and is forced to stay at the church as a worker. At some point there's a werewolf and a demon thing that can separate into little bodies?? One guy is in a wheelchair who knows the vampire but won't tell him; and the vampire knew the priest from when the priest was a kid
