I don't know.. But u can do one thing u can change your profile pic from settings and if u don't want any then just click on a blank paper and then made it your profile pic...
So if you’re on mobile, scroll to the very top and hit the three dashes by the notification bell. A list should pop up, click on “settings”. When you get there, there should be a picture of your current avatar photo, and under it there should be a thing that says “upload”. Press that and you should be able to change it, however I don’t know if there’s a way to completely remove the photo itself
