We don't know how old he actually he is yet. Also she's only 12 or 10. It doesn't matter that she has the mind of an adult, her body is that of a child. I sincerely hope no rance or mention of romance happens until their both of legal and consenting ages.

of course they're going to have a time jump someday to where they are both already an adult. unless this is ur first time encountering something like this... and even if it did hav a bit of "romance", i don't think that it would be like the adult type of romance (e.g kissing, etc.) i think the type of romance it'll have would be like the "Lady Baby", "I Became the Wife of the Monstrous Crown Prince", "Baby Empress" and many more.
