i believe he has that “whatever happens, happens” attitude. it’s true that he has a desire for someone to depend on him though i dont think he gets sexual gratification or “finds it fun” when his partner receives his gifts. i saw it in a way that he wants to feel needed (maybe its a coping mechanism?) and doesn’t care if hes been used/abused for his money.
“loses interest when that person concerned fall in love with him” well i assume that the people who approach him are under the pretext of love therefore he is aware (even if they intend to mooch of his wealth). remember in chp2? he’s the one who said “i’d like you to go out with me” to namwoo. he said that he would feel happy if he was able to help him get what he wants (which is yk …money)
it wasn’t stated that he’s the one initiating the breakups? it appears that his partners leave him first once they get their fill of him. i dont think hes fucking around with people’s feelings but its clear that he has some unresolved trauma that prevents him from seriously loving someone which isn’t an excuse but an explanation for the way he acts.

Si-eon only dated "trash" people in the past and all. Yeah, so it's Si-eon who dumps or break up with them because he doesn't want someone who loves him. He finds it all fun and chill when that person accepts his gift or money without any feeling involved but loses interest when that person concerned fall in love with him. Like he doesn't want any strings attached but just a person who accepts all the things that he give without any love. So I think that he does all that just to satisfy his desire for "someone to depend on him". I guess he already knows that Namwoo likes him but I don't know how he will deal with that. He either decides to change but it won't be that easy or he finds someone else but it will break Namwoo's heart.
