Then again the us you can drive when your 16 lol jokes but to be fair kids are gonna do it before 18 any way. My personal opinion on the matter which is what I believe is that as long as both parties are consentual 16 is okay. However I’ve just looked and I’m Japan and other countries it’s 13 or 14 which is completely wrong!
