Help finding yaoi manga

I need help finding this one yaoi I read. I read it on mangadex a while back and since the site has been down I can’t find it.
It’s about this guy who I think used to be a playboy but is now a ceo/boss of a company. He’s married to a woman because of his family even though he’s gay and is annoyed that he has to be married. There were a couple of scenes where they tried to have sex but he couldn’t get it up and she thought nit was her fault. I don’t remember if she knew he was gay or not.
At his job there was thing young worker who was cheerful and adored by all the other female workers. He would have these sexual fantasies about him and wondered if he was gay also.
I’m pretty sure it was a manga and not a manwha or a WEBTOON. At the time I read it there were only maybe 4 chapters and it might have been uncensored but I’m not entirely sure.
