Mirae kinda admitted it in an indirect way. Plus those smiling bags under her eyes are so obvious. When I watch K-dramas, the huge number of nose jobs, fillers, V-jawlines, plumped lips, double-eyelids makes me think it's like this long factory line of folks getting done up.
