His father locked him up since he was young and had sex with him, he didn't even knew it was bad or anything so he didn't resist or some which could've been seen in the manga, after the Father left,or died idk his brother didn't care about him and neglected him,leaving him alone in the cage and just giving him food and hated him through his mother's influence,cuz she hated him aswell,and his father's neglected him cuz he preferred ranzo, also the Father didn't have proper conversatios with ranzo were he would've been able to get at least some education on language
no it was ikuro's mom strangling him and leaving him that way. asphyxiation can lead to brain damage and considering how young he was when that happened to him, his disability doesn't seem that far fetched. and the cage was so his dad can shove him into a hole and rape him in the shadows using his disability as an excuse imo
Wasn’t Ranzo locked up from the beginning because he’s mentally retarded? Is it really true he was in a sexual relationship with the dad or was he actually molested by the dad? I’m thinking it’s the latter and Ikuro misinterpreted it as Ranzo enticed the dad, especially with how his mom was. Also Norihiko probably told him it’s the former, as he did to Kenichi now, to manipulate them. Something is just off with the story about Ranzo and the dad... I guess we’ll find out later
