No there will be no sacrifices but what the priestess meant is that Agnes might be able to believe in Ynes and worship Ynes. And in that way Agnes will be ‘returned’. It means that she will believe and be saved from her sins and her family’s sins.
I fully don't get what the high priestess said but for me I thought she said they'd sacrifice FL
