Maybe I am wrong, but according to raw, and how to act Kousuke in this chapter ... In my opinion it seems like a tactic by Kousuke to make Setawaga start thinking their feelings for Kousuke or is a way for seduce him a wily and cowardly way ( last part was my opinion)
I'm not sure, but Kousuke doesn´t look like that hasn´t romantic feelings for Setawaga, after all, the opposite of love is indifference.
