Hello! I'm not a professional but the puppies we've had before would occasionally vomit because they ate too much. My grandma would make them drink up some kind of herbs and a certain capsule (low mg: prescribed) if it continues.
But it wasn't really that serious, we would just lower the food intake and it'll be fine. Some days the pup would vomit dem foods out but it'll be fine again.
Unless it's blood, then please consult a veterinarian as soon as possible, he might have some serious type of illness.
