I get what you mean but theres no saying that johan won't understand or learn more about her in the future. opposites attract. although I understand what you're saying about mark, but who's to say he even likes her romantically? and if he does, I doubt he's Elenas match. imo i feel like Johan works perfectly with her. also btw Johan has been supporting but who doesnt also want to help the person they love. Johan trying to help her is nothing wrong.
I know that mark does not see Elena as a possible partner, but I still think they would be a good fit. As they are similar but not similar, I can’t quite grasp either why but I think they would be a solid couple. Also, yes opposites attracts, we see that in every single manga out there. I love Johann’s character and how he changed he’s views because he feel in love, and I’m pretty sure they will end up together anyway, but the way that he acted for some reason just didn’t sit right with me at that moment. And, even without any romantic interaction between Elena and mark I thought they would complement each other nicely.

He is very sheltered and it’s nice that he getting to know that everyone is not as privileged as him and he is a very innocent and kind boy. But I feel like Elena should fall for Mark. He knows about the way of his world, he is very centered and he really understands her and her “necessities”. She is a strong and independent woman that does not need a man to help her, just support her. But I feel like Johann does not understand her real essence.
