Seem seems like you confused something. She kept him from attacking them for insulting her. When she heard they would assault a girl and that he had no intention to help her because of wrestling, she got upset because if something like this happened to her, she feared he would not do it for her as well. (=・ω・=)

Hell yeah, I love this.. must say the relationship between tae jin and that girl is kinda confusing tho. She just sorta pushed her way into his life and announced their relationship on her own + when she gets a couple disturbing comments from those guys she gets disappointed that he wouldn't give up all his hard work because of her. It doesn't really make sense to me, but yeah
