It's really sad . But we still can't blame the FL and we can't blame Cassiel either.
The only one to blame is Angela and hopefully she'll get what she deserves.
It still breaks my heart that those two can't be together though.

The first time I saw Dane... I thought he's the first Prince... Why does he look so Tiny other than the 2nd prince? And Dane is the ML? Cassiel is such a sweetheart... I still want him and Jayna to end up together(even though I like Dane too.)
He looks like this because A) he's not 20 yet he's like 17 or 18 I believe and B) he's severely sick and thus can't grow up like his healthy younger brother
Yes I love Cassiel too he's innocent but is still being played by the females in the story but on the other hand the female lead went through a lot
I love romance but if the FL doesn't end up with a ML... then its also fine with me... I just wanna see how will Jayna get her revenge on That bish Angela
Ikr ??? Sometimes the romances can distract the FL and sometimes it's there just because of the genre

He will continue loving our FL even after being rejected and he will still protect her on the shadow but it rlly rlly broke my heart when he realized that he rlly doesn't have any chance anymore after seeing FL with ML. And he doesn’t even know why. Because in the first timeline, he drank the potion that can make kinda obsessed with the antagonist but in this timeline, he didn’t drink it because the antagonist already know the existence of the crown prince and there is no point for Cassiel to be overly obsessed with her. I think despite what happened in the first timeline, I wanted him to find some closure with the FL because in the end, he is also just a victim of the antagonist. He needs to be aware of what he has done to understand why the FL suddenly changed her attitude. Anyway, both Cassiel and Dane (ML) will have a pitiful story in here.
