Yeah. Until then he thought that a livable weirdo that eats rats because he's hungry, something that wasn't that strange for homeless starving kids to do.
But then one day he comes back after murdering someone for a slice of bread. We know the guy deserved it and that Isaac would never hurt an innocent person but the brother was only a child that pm maybe didn't know better. Usually no matter how you love someone, if they kill another person you'll call the police on them. Maybe he didn't know that they weren't police but just a bunch of degenerates seeking to torture a child for their amusement.
I'll reserve my judgment until we know more about the brother.

And as far as we know issac came to the guy with blood all over his clothes thinking that he’d help him out cuz the dude was hungry, but in the end the guy got scared af. It’s only natural for him to get scared after seeing a guy he cared about in blood all over him
