hmm i dont think so because the fl lead in those too always kinda react to everything the ml did... in this one she didn't give him much thought.... kinda like the fl from this manga.... that why I think they were part of this one mainly because of how the fl acted toward the ml it bothers me so much I cant remember it.... is there another manga where the fl doesn't give any care about the ml feelings like this one

Lucia was a train wreck from start to finish.
So many of these "contract to lovers" tropes are.
I'm realizing how toxic these stories are now because they literally give the male the free reign while the girl is a passive character who puts up with every shit. Her character basically is designed to fit into that slot once the other women leaves.

I think it was Duchess in the Attic? Idk it's a similar plot to this one but she actually ditches the duke to be with the guy she actually loves and who loves her back
i remember reading a scene where she was waiting for him to come home after it was announced he was finished with his expedition... she and I think either his parents or the butler expected him to come home first knowing how smitten he was with her but and she didn't really give it another though she didn't act super happy or excited she was like yeah he is like that.... but she waited and waited then it was dark it turns out he went to the captial/ idk the palace maybe to report first and then the homecoming banquet... they were confused since they thought he would rush home and take her with him......
idk if it was this manga or something really similar to this, i thought it was this one since i vaguely remember the relationship between the couple was exactly like this one. where he is really smitten that the people around him noticed and she kinda is more calm about it... and i think the there dude was a playboy or had and ex cause i remember feeling anxious when i read he went to the banquet without her and that he could have gone back to his old ways........ maybe I'm mixing it up with another but it fitted so well with this one does anyone know where this scene is from
