betrayal is an awful feeling, especially when it’s the fault of someone you trusted the most. I can understand why Jayna is hesitant to trust cassiel again because i’ve been in her place, i’ve had my name slandered by someone I called my friend. But i’ve also been in Cassiels place, that same so called friend manipulated me and made me turn against people who really didn’t do anything wrong. Only after separating myself from them and doing some reflection did I finally realize that I was in the wrong believing everything she told me and I regretted not giving people the benefit of the doubt :/ BUT the difference is, in this timeline, Cassiel wasn’t influenced by Angela’s manipulation this time and he still deeply loves Jayna :( he doesn’t deserve to be treated this way… MAN IT IS SO COMPLICATED

I agree with you though sadly Jayna was still unaware about the potion that manipulated Cassiel thus it is understandable that she acted that way. And I think it is good that they don't end up together because even though it was in another timeline, the trauma she got from Cassiel was still fresh for her and I am really glad that she knows what is good for her mental state and well-being. Although I still hope that Cassiel can find someone that could reciprocate his love because Jayna can't do that for him and it's okay if its like that.
