nope, though knotting does increase the chances of gettong pregnant it doesn't mean that only when knotting can the omega be pregnant. It does apply to recessive omegas but for normal or dominant omegas, omegas can get pregnant with oe without. simply put the other things are just enhancements like: knotting, heats and ruts.
Maybe when both are experiencing heat and rut it is possible to get pregnant. Yesterday's incident even only Seme was doing rut and before that Uke was also a heat. They haven't experienced heat and rut together, it's always been from one of them.
