Pretty sure he had his bulletproof vest on and thanks to that it protected him from getting bitten. I remember seeing the blood coming out of the zombies mouth only bc it lost a few teeth I’m pretty sure

He was being healed by some one (entity or god, not sure)
His injury healed quickly after few days
