I think it might be because she is still of lower lvl so she has an almost puppet look going on so maybe if she lvls up it will become more natural
Sad to say but that is her final form, and they didnt do it any justice... A minor spoiler, her next evolution would be a completely human form, but that would take too long before we will reach that, it would be towards the end and we're not even halfway there yet.

I actually don't get people's obsession with having a "human" form , its like for some people having a "human" for is the ultimate evolution and give ultimate power Damn, that's just an aesthetic, it won't affect her power/communication if the author desire so

Im kind of lowkey disappointed with her looks. She doesnt look as epic as how she's portrayed on the novel and the novel art appearance. How do say this.... She looks kinda weird and awkward.
