Yep he remembers. Tho he wont tell her until i think Tia's 8th month or preggy. When they were having an arguement about what title the child will inherit. (tia ofcourse wants the child who has her blood inherit Rozan. As she believes it isnt right for a rozan person to inherit the Grand duke evron title when she was the reason it was completely destroyed in the first tl. Cedric took it as Tia wanting him to sire a child from anotger woman. So he got angry) it was also revealed at that time that Cedric was inlove with tia in first TL. Remember the time when cedric and tia were dancing in first TL and cedric said to take care of Lysia? It was hinted that that time Cedric realized how much he loved tia since he had been observing her long before. A love where even if she destroyed Evron he cant hate her.
