The reason why mikhail used Rosie instead of Eve was because he needed a tool and Rosie was easy manipulate cause she was in love with him and willing to betray her whole family for him.
While Eve does want homuncoli liberation I doubt she be okay with him murdering her whole even tho their ass holes, oh and mikhail was in love with her.

I know he very much loved her. I thought it was a shame he wasn't able to keep his memories too. The thing about a disposable tool makes sense. But they made it sound like she couldn't do it because the royal blood thing, yet she does have it. And with him loving Eve, I don't see him using his own seed for the experiment. I did notice the unsaid comment of how Rosie didn't even know who's sperm was used. And like why didn't he ever give her assurance that she wouldn't be executed? Then Rosie wouldn't have been able to trick her. So I wonder since they already went back in time, if they'll ever delve more into what actually was going on then. Probably not though.
So I'm confused on something. In the beginning it said you needed the royal blood to control the philosopher stone, and that's why Mikhail needed Rosie. But Eve IS the daughter of the king, so even though she is considered illegitimate, she STILL has the royal blood in her. So why couldn't she also control the stone!? That's basic genetics!!!! And usually illegitimate means "born out of wedlock", but even though her mom was a commoner, she was STILL married to the emperor. She was called the third wife. If I'm remembering her number right. Did they forget about basic genetics when writing this?
( ̄へ ̄) And it's kinda of bull how other royals can order another's personal knight around. How's a homunculi not supposed to get in trouble by their master if another royal orders them away. What's even the point of having a personal knight if he can disappear at any moment!? Usually personal knights are bound to their master unless it's an order from their master. They are supposed to be their "master's belongings", yet others can steal them as they please?
