yes this is a sequel. if you want, you can also start from the story of shirou and usami (their friend) cause theyre not yet together there so here's the sequence:
1. Ookami-kun wa kowakunai
2. Ookami-kun wa hanasanai
3. Thoroughbred wa nabikanai
4. Thoroughbred wa yuruganai
but you can read thoroughbred series first too. i just recommend that u just start from their friends story (▰˘◡˘▰)

you should also read ookami kun wa kowakunai, its the story of their friends (bunny x wolf) ! (i prefer them more tbh)
