I know this is old but, there was a part where the head bully told the class rep to “kill himself” and that could also be why he said “you finally listened to what I had to say”. It’s really messed up and that in itself could be why he called him obedient.

The bullied guy is dead, or most probably seriously injured to the point of crippled. I think him slipping wasnt accidental he probably wanted to commit suicide after the horrendous things done to him, he's class president there's no way he doesn't kno the way to the stairs. The guy as some people stated is into necrophilia but i think its not, because 1 he wanted to have sex with the victim when he was alive he proposed the other two to gang rap ( from what ive know necrophile dont like sex with a living person) 2 his statement "as i thought the obedient you is cuter. Finally you listened to what i say" might mean he was obsessed and wanted to monopolize the victim but insted of submission he was showed great resistance; the victim grew his hair, he also refused to comply with the the other bully, but since now hes dead (or appears to be) he is not running away from him anymore and apears to be "obedient". In the final panels i think the bully probably realized his feelings because hes jerk off, " obedient you is cuter" when he doesnt resist, is what the bully liked but he's also crying because the victim is dead. i can see why it can be seen as necrophilia but i think its more like a sick twisted way of him expressing his love. i know this sound horrible but this is what i interpreted. I think theres more to the story( obviously) i wished it was longer, i dont know why but i feel there had to be some interaction between the bully and the guy bullied( there were even panels where the other guy didnt seemed afriad of the bully)and im curious to how it resulted into this.
