yea i mean honestly just acting obedient wont get attention so they have to act cute. it probably didnt work on him, i think his attitude is that shes powerful but also disobedient/courageous, different from his other kids who probably follows instructions, shudder in fear. this theme is repeated a bit in these tyrant dad-bubbly daughter stories

i lowkey hate when mcs in stories like this go straight for the “acting cute” tactic- yes, it’s probably what a 3 year old kid would do but like... how did it work so fast on him? he literally wants his kids to murder eachother, but immediately goes soft after his kid sucks up to him for 30 mins
he’s clearly going to spoil her even though it’s very unfair to his other children (which from what you see from the prince, they just wanna be praised)
at least could he show some affection to his other kids if he’s gonna spoil her so that they can grow up with some warmth and get along with eachother INSTEAD OF BEING OUT FOR BLOOD 24/7
