    Someone said that the country they originally served was beyond rescue. They were corrupt through and through. That's what led Khalid to kill her as she was in too deep, she didn't even see how dirty the kingdom she was protecting really was.

    Okey she actually found out later that her country is corrupt but before she had a chance to expose it or anything ahe was killed by Khalid.
